Fun Hayden Facts:

Hayden's parents wanted a tennis scholarship for their son. "I think [my parents] were kind of hoping I would go to a university on a tennis scholarship, which is what my father wanted for me. But he's happy that I've found a life doing this."

Hayden recently finished his run in a London production of the play This Is Our Youth with Anna Paquin and Jake Gyllenhaal. After seeing Hayden's perfomance, a BBC News Online reviewer reffered to him as "the sure-fire star of tommorrow"

For Star Wars II, Hayden had a fake tan. "I had to get a fake tan applied. I'm supposed to be from a desert planet and I'm actually from, you know, Canada. [points to his face]

Hayden told InStyle magazine that if he weren't an actor, his dream job would be an architect.

The Simpsons and Curious George are Hayden's biggest influences. "They showed me it was okay to be mischeivous."

Hayden used to lie about his after school acting so he wouldn't stand out.

Hayden isn't absolutly perfect: he smokes. He's gotten bronchitis from this, so as a result he is trying to quit.
 
He still lives at home in Toronto with his parents. His mom makes him do normal chores. "Yeah, I have to keep my room clean," Hayden says. He also has to take out the garbage. "[Hey], you get your clothes washed for free and you get free meals."
